Incanus Advisors’ name is derived from Neil’s three national origins (India, Canada and the United States). Consistent with its name, Incanus assists small and mid-sized Canadian and American companies to set up and operate businesses in India (and several other countries). Among other services, Incanus’ assistance comprises market entry strategy and structuring (from both legal and business perspectives), customer and contact sourcing, joint venture and strategic partner development, and merger/acquisition target identification and due diligence.
Based on its knowledge of, and experience dealing with, laws and regulations applicable to foreign investors and companies, including foreign exchange management, dispute resolution and contracts, Incanus can serve as a company's lead advisor with respect to its India strategy or as a secondary advisor supporting a company's existing US and or Indian legal, accounting and business teams.
Incanus’ strategic arm is based in the United States and its execution arm is located in India. Together, Incanus’ international team works seamlessly to enable its clients efficiently and effectively to attain their cross border goals and objectives.
